As President and CAO of St. Martin Brown & Associates, Deron Brown's responsibilities include all aspect of the firm's management, finances, and inner office development for the Baton Rouge and Nigeria location.

Mr. Brown is lead partner for the Project Planning Studios, and has a Bachelors of Architecture from Louisiana State University ("go Tigers") .

Mr. Brown served as lead urban planner for the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has the skills and knowledge necessary to manage large complex disaster recovery, grant management, energy conservation,emergency planning and management, and affordable housing concept projects.

Joseph St.Martin

Mr. St. Martin has been practicing all phases of Construction Management, Construction and design for a professional Architectural career that spans more than 15 years. As Co-Principal of St.Martin Brown, Mr. St.Martin Manages the firms financial business,

and client relations for the New Orleans, and Haiti locations

Mr. St.Martin is lead partner for the design and construction management studios, with a Bachelors

of Architecture from Louisiana State University ("go Tigers")

Mr. St. Martin's career expertises has afforded him the extensive knowledge in urban planning, historical restoration, damage inspections, emergency planning and management, and community based design.
